Installation of LiteScope from the company NENOVISION
We are pleased to announce a successful installation of the LiteScope AFM-in-MEB in an ultra vacuum SEM/FIB, at the CIMAP research center in Caen. From now on, the LiteScope will push the limits of the possibilities of this complex system for electronic and ion imaging. We would like to thank Stéphane Guillous from CIMAP for making this unique and innovative project possible.

Installation of an ASI camera
Realized with our partners from Amsterdam Scientific Instruments (service engineer + application engineer), one of our service engineers and with the trust of our customers at INP Grenoble at SIMAP and CMTC. An ASI CheeTahM3 camera placed at the bottom of the column on the transmission electron microscope used by Edgar RAUCH and managed by the CMTC.
